We can guarantee up-time with a Service Level Agreement so that you know your systems will always be working for you. We offer three types of plans.

Standard plan


This plan is great for individuals or one-person businesses.

  • Reduced hourly rate for on-site/remote support ($75)
  • Client communicator with Self-Help Center
  • Easy remote support
  • Enterprise anti-virus and malware protection
  • Client-enabled remote access (Logmein Pro)
  • 24-hour response time

Professional plan


This plan is great for a small business with a server. It requires a minimum of 5 computers and 1 server.

This plan includes everything in the Standard plan PLUS:

  • Dedicated server support
  • Backup verification (Windows, CrashPlan)
  • Unlimited Remote Support
  • Vendor Advocacy (software/hardware/ISP)
  • Updates/Patch management
  • Monthly reports
  • 4-hour response time

Executive plan


This plan is great for advanced networks. It requires a minimum of 10 computers and 1 server.

This plan includes everything in the Professional plan PLUS:

  • Premium server support
  • No on-site charge for ticketed issues
  • Quarterly consultation/assessment
  • 2-hour response time

All service plans require a minimum of 1-year commitment and the signing of a Service Level Agreement. All plans include a one-time setup fee.
